Steps

1. Cast Quandrix Command choosing to return a creature to its owners hand, and to put two +1/+1 counters on a creature
2. Maintaining priority, cast Naru Meha
3. When Naru Meha enters, she copies Quandrix Command, choosing to return Naru Meha to your hand and to put two +1/+1 counters on Crytalline Crawler
4. Put four +1/+1 counters on Crystalline Crawler
5. Remove four +1/+1 counters from Crystalline Crawler, adding
6. Repeat steps 2-5
