Steps

1. Cast Abuelo's Awakening by paying , targeting Machine God's Effigy
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying
3. When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, it triggers, copying Abuelo's Awakening, targeting Machine God's Effigy
4. Resolve the copy of Abuelo's Awakening, returning Machine God's Effigy from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Naru Meha that's still an artifact
5. Put Machine God's Effigy into your graveyard due to the legend rule
6. Machine God's Effigy's enters-the-battlefield ability triggers, copying Abuelo's Awakening, targeting Machine God's Effigy
7. Repeat from step 4
