• Rise Again in hand
• Bloodflow Connoisseur on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Rise Again by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Rise Again
4. Holding priority, activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Naru Meha, putting a +1/+1 counter on Bloodflow Connoisseur
5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Rise Again Resolve the Rise Again copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 3
