Steps

1. Activate Prosperous Pirates by paying , blinking itself
2. Prosperous Pirates enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability
3. Resolve the Prosperous Pirates trigger, creating two Treasure tokens
4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing itself and Prosperous Pirates
5. Activate the two Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
6. Repeat
