Steps

1. Activate Emeritus of Ideation by paying , blinking it
2. It'll enter prepared due to its static effect
3. When Emeritus of Ideation enters, Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability triggers, repairing it and Emeritus of Ideation
4. Cast a copy of Ancestral Recall by paying , causing you to draw three cards
5. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping a mana-producing permanent
6. Activate the permanent by tapping it, adding at least
7. Repeat steps 4 and 5 two additional times
8. Repeat from step 1
