Steps

1. Cast a copy of Wheel of Fortune from exile by paying , unpreparing Naktamun Lorespinner
2. Resolve the copy of Wheel of Fortune, causing each player to discard their hand, drawing seven cards, and creating seven Treasure tokens for each opponent due to Hullbreacher
3. Activate Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding mana
4. Activate Deadeye Navigator by paying that mana, flickering Biblioplex Tomekeeper and pairing with it again as it enters
5. When Biblioplex Tomekeeper enters, it triggers, preparing Naktamun Lorespinner
6. Repeat
