Steps

1. Activate Ramirez by paying , blinking itself
2. Ramirez enters the battlelfield, triggering itself and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability
3. Resolve the Ramirez trigger, creating two Treasure tokens and causing you to lose 2 life
4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Ramirez
5. Activate the two Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
6. Nadier's Nightblade triggers twice, causing each opponent to lose 2 life and you to gain two life
7. Repeat
