Prerequisites

• Deadeye Navigator on the battlefield
• Deranged Hermit on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Deadeye Navigator is paired with Deranged Hermit

Steps

1. Activate Deranged Hermit by paying , blinking it
2. When Deranged Hermit enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator triggers
3. Resolve the Deranged Hermit trigger, creating four 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens
4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Deranged Hermit
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing two Squirrels, adding
6. Repeat
