• Deadeye Navigator on the battlefield
• Drowner of Hope on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Drowner of Hope by paying , blinking it
2. When Drowner of Hope enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger
3. Resolve the Drowner of Hope trigger, creating two 1/1 Eldrazi Scion creature tokens
4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Drowner of Hope
5. Activate an Eldrazi Scion by tapping it, adding
6. Activate an Eldrazi Scion by sacrificing it, adding
7. Repeat
