Steps

1. Activate Goblin Goliath by paying , blinking itself
2. Goblin Goliath enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability
3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Goblin Goliath
4. Resolve the Goblin Goliath trigger, creating at least three 1/1 Goblin creature tokens
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing two Goblin tokens, adding
6. Repeat
