Prerequisites

• Dogmeat, Ever Loyal on the battlefield
• Gift of Immortality on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Council of the Absolute on the battlefield
• Gift of Immortality attached to Dogmeat
• You have an enchantment card exiled with Semblance Anvil
• "Gift of Immortality" chosen with Council of the Absolute

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Dogmeat, adding
2. When Dogmeat dies, Gift of Immortality triggers, returning Dogmeat to the battlefield from your graveyard
3. When Dogmeat enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, causing you to mill five cards and return Gift of Immortality to your hand from your graveyard
4. Cast Gift of Immortality by paying due to Council of the Absolute, attaching it to Dogmeat
5. Repeat
