Steps

1. Activate five lands by tapping them, adding at least
2. Activate Meloku five times by paying and returning the five lands from the battlefield to your hand, creating five 1/1 Illusion creature tokens
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar four times by sacrificing four Illusions, adding
4. Cast Journey to the Oracle by paying
5. Niv-Mizzet's second ability triggers, causing you to draw a card
6. Niv-Mizzet's first ability triggers, dealing 1 damage to any target
7. Resolve Journey to the Oracle, putting at least five lands from your hand onto the battlefield, then causing you to discard a card and Journey to the Oracle to your hand
8. Repeat
