• Deekah, Fractal Theorist on the battlefield
• Searing Touch in hand
• You have lost at least 4 life this turn
• Rowan does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Rowan by tapping it, reducing the cost of all black and/or red spells you cast this turn by at least
2. Cast Searing Touch with buyback by paying due to Rowan's ability, targeting any applicable target
3. Deekah triggers, creating a 0/0 Fractal creature token, then putting a +1/+1 counter on the Fractal
4. Resolve Searing Touch, dealing 1 damage to any target and returning Searing Touch to your hand
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Fractal, adding
6. Repeat from step 2
