Steps

1. Activate Rowan by tapping it, reducing the cost of all black and/or red spells you cast this turn by at least
2. Cast Seething Anger with buyback by paying due to Rowan's ability, targeting any creature
3. Sedgemoor Witch triggers, creating a 1/1 Pest creature token
4. Resolve Seething Anger, giving target creature +3/+0 until end of turn and returning Seething Anger to your hand
5. Activate Thermopod's second ability by sacrificing the Pest, adding
6. When the Pest dies, it triggers, causing you to gain 1 life
7. Repeat from step 2
