• Viscera Seer on the battlefield
• Reincarnation in hand
• Naru Meha, Master Wizard in hand

Steps

1. Cast Reincarnation by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost
3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Reincarnation, with the copy targeting Naru Meha
4. Resolve the copy of Reincarnation
5. Holding priority, activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Naru Meha
6. When Naru Meha dies, Reincarnation triggers, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield
7. Repeat from step 3
8. Resolve all Viscera Seer abilities from step 5
