Steps

1. Activate Forbidden Orchard by tapping it, adding
2. Forbidden Orchard triggers, causing an opponent to create a 1/1 Spirit creature token
3. Activate Wirewood Lodge's second ability by paying and tapping it, untapping Argothian Elder
4. Activate Argothian Elder by tapping it, untapping Forbidden Orchard and Wirewood Lodge
5. Repeat an arbitrarily large number of times
6. Activate Forbidden Orchard by tapping it, adding
7. Forbidden Orchard triggers, causing an opponent to create a 1/1 Spirit creature token
8. Activate Wirewood Lodge's first ability by tapping it, adding
9. Cast The Meathook Massacre by paying
10. When The Meathook Massacre enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, giving each creature -1/-1 until end of turn
11. All Spirit tokens your opponents control die as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness
12. The Meathook Massacre's third ability triggers for each Spirit that dies this way, causing you to gain that much life
