Steps

1. Cast Rousing Refrain by paying its mana cost Holding priority, cast Reiterate with buyback by paying , creating a copy of Rousing Refrain and returning Reiterate to your hand
2. Resolve the copy of Rousing Refrain, adding at least six
3. Repeat from step 2
