Steps

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying
3. The Vision and Scarlet Witch and Elsha's prowess ability trigger
4. Resolve the Vision and Scarlet Witch trigger, adding and putting a +1/+1 counter on it
5. Resolve the Elsha trigger, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn
6. Repeat
