Prerequisites

• Ghostly Flicker in hand or in the library
• Mystic Sanctuary on the battlefield
• Brass Infiniscope on the battlefield
• Elsha of the Infinite on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Brass Infiniscope by tapping them, adding
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying
3. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn
4. Resolve Ghostly Flicker, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Brass Infiniscope
5. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library
6. Repeat
