• Plague of Vermin in hand
• Evereth, Viceroy of Plunder on the battlefield
• Zulaport Cutthroat on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Plague of Vermin by paying and choosing to pay any amount of life, creating that many 1/1 Rat creature tokens
2. Activate Evereth by sacrificing a Rat
3. When the Rat dies, Zulaport Cutthroat triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
4. Resolve the Evereth ability
5. Repeat from step 2 as able
