Prerequisites

• Tenacious Dead on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Pitiless Plunderer on the battlefield
• Sifter of Skulls on the battlefield
• Zulaport Cutthroat on the battlefield

Steps

1. Sacrifice Tenacious Dead to Altar of Dementia, milling target opponent for 2
2. Sifter of Skulls, Pitiless Plunderer, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Tenacious Dead trigger; stack the triggers to resolve in that order
3. Sifter of Skulls generates an Eldrazi Scion token; sacrifice it to float (Pitiless Plunderer and Zulaport Cutthroat trigger again)
4. Resolve two Pitiless Plunderer triggers, generating two Treasure tokens; crack one to float
5. Resolve two Zulaport Cutthroat triggers, draining opponent for 2
6. Resolve the Tenacious Dead trigger, paying to return it to the battlefield from the graveyard
7. Repeat the sacrifice-recursion loop, gaining one Treasure token per loop and draining opponent infinitely with Zulaport Cutthroat triggers
