Prerequisites

• Chainer, Dementia Master on the battlefield
• Wurmcoil Engine on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Zulaport Cutthroat on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Wurmcoil Engine, adding
2. When Wurmcoil Engine dies, it and Zulaport Cutthroat trigger
3. Resolve the Wurmcoil Engine trigger, creating two 3/3 Wurm artifact creature tokens
4. Resolve the Zulaport Cutthroat trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and each opponent to lose 1 life
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Wurm tokens, adding
6. When the Wurms die, Zulaport Cutthroat trigger twice, causing you to gain 2 life and each opponent to lose 2 life
7. Activate Chainer by paying and 3 life, putting Wurmcoil Engine from your graveyard onto the battlefield
8. Repeat
