Steps

1. Gain life in any way
2. Heroic Feast triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth
3. Herd Baloth triggers, creating a creature token that enters the battlefield as an artifact due to Encroaching Mycosynth
4. Pactdoll Terror triggers, causing you to gain life
5. Repeat from step 2
