Steps

1. Cast Touch of Vitae by paying , targeting Arbor Adherent
2. Activate Quicksilver Elemental by paying , causing it to gain Arbor Adherent's activated abilities until end of turn
3. Activate Quicksilver Elemental using Arbor Adherent's ability by tapping it, adding at least Activate Quicksilver Elemental using Arbor Adherent's ability granted to it by Touch of Vitae by paying , untapping Quicksilver Elemental
4. Repeat from step 2
