• Touch of Vitae in hand
• Bloom Tender on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Touch of Vitae by paying , targeting Bloom Tender
2. Activate Quicksilver Elemental by paying , causing it to gain Bloom Tender's activated abilities until end of turn
3. Activate Quicksilver Elemental using Bloom Tender's ability by tapping it, adding at least
4. Activate Quicksilver Elemental using Bloom Tender's ability granted to it by Touch of Vitae by paying , untapping Quicksilver Elemental
5. Repeat from step 2

Results

• Infinite green mana
• Infinite white mana if you control a white permanent
• Infinite black mana if you control a black permanent
• Infinite red mana if you control a red permanent
