Steps

1. Activate Lotus Field by tapping it, adding
2. Activate Quicksilver Elemental by paying , causing it to gain all activated abilities of Surge Engine until end of turn
3. Activate Quicksilver Elemental using Surge Engine's third ability by paying , causing you to draw three cards
4. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Lotus Field
5. Activate Lotus Field by tapping it, adding
6. Repeat from step 4 two additional times
7. Repeat from step 2
