• Quicksilver Elemental on the battlefield
• Touch of Vitae in hand
• Ley Weaver on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Touch of Vitae by paying , targeting Ley Weaver
2. Activate up to two lands by tapping them, adding at least
3. Activate Quicksilver Elemental by paying , causing it to gain Ley Weaver's activated abilities until end of turn
4. Activate Quicksilver Elemental using Ley Weaver's ability by tapping it, untapping two lands
5. Activate Quicksilver Elemental using Ley Weaver's ability granted to it by Touch of Vitae by paying , untapping Quicksilver Elemental
6. Repeat from step 2
