Prerequisites

• Underworld Breach on the battlefield
• Burning Inquiry in the graveyard
• Runaway Steam-Kin on the battlefield
• Jace, Wielder of Mysteries on the battlefield
• You have at least three other cards in your graveyard
• available

Steps

1. Cast Burning Inquiry for its escape cost by paying and exiling three cards from your graveyard
2. Runaway Steam-Kin triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself
3. Resolve Burning Inquiry, causing each player to draw three cards and discard three cards at random
4. Repeat steps 1-3 two additional times
5. Activate Runaway Steam-Kin by removing three +1/+1 counters from it, adding
6. Repeat until you draw from an empty library, causing you to win the game
