Steps

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Thought Lash's cumulative upkeep ability triggers; decline to pay the cost and sacrifice Thought Lash
2. Thought Lash's second ability triggers, causing you to exile all cards from your library
3. Cast Nexus of Fate by paying , taking an extra turn after this one and shuffling Nexus of Fate into your empty library
4. Draw Nexus of Fate on your next draw step
5. Repeat from step 3 each turn
