Prerequisites

• Moxite Refinery on the battlefield
• Magistrate's Scepter on the battlefield
• Mossborn Hydra on the battlefield
• Oboro, Palace in the Clouds in hand
• each turn available

Steps

1. Play Oboro, Palace in the Clouds
2. When it enters, Mossborn Hydra triggers, doubling the number of +1/+1 counters on it
3. Activate Moxite Refinery by paying , tapping it and removing three +1/+1 counters from Mossborn Hydra, putting three charge counters on Magistrate's Scepter
4. Activate Magistrate's Scepter's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
5. Activate Oboro's first ability by tapping it, adding
6. Activate Oboro's last ability by paying , returning it from the battlefield to your hand
7. Repeat each turn
