Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Eternal Scourge, adding
2. Eternal Scourge is exiled instead of being put into your graveyard due to Rest in Reace
3. Cast Eternal Scourge from exile by paying
4. Rocco triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control and creating a Food artifact token
5. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing the Food, adding
6. Repeat
