Steps

1. Cast Teferi by paying , which enters the battlefield with ten loyalty counters due to Doubling Season
2. Activate Teferi's third loyalty ability by removing nine loyalty counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
3. Activate Meticulous Excavation by paying , returning Teferi from the battlefield to your hand
