Steps

1. Cast Astelli Reclaimer for its warp cost by paying
2. When Astelli Reclaimer enters, it triggers twice, returning Lion's Eye Diamond and Lotus Bloom from your graveyard to the battlefield
3. Activate Lion's Eye Diamond by sacrificing it and discarding your hand, adding
4. Activate Lotus Bloom by tapping and sacrificing it, adding three mana of any color
5. Activate Meticulous Excavation by paying , returning Astelli Raclaimer from the battlefield to your hand
6. Repeat
