Steps

1. Activate Manascape Refractor using Blinkmoth Nexus' second ability by paying
2. Kurkesh triggers, choose not to pay
3. Resolve the Manascape Refractor ability, causing it to become a 1/1 Blinkmoth artifact creature until end of turn
4. Declare Manascape Refractor as an attacker
5. Holding priority, activate Maze of Ith by tapping it, untapping Manascape Refractor
6. Activate Manascape Refractor using Maze of Ith's ability by tapping it, targeting itself
7. Kurkesh triggers, causing you to pay to copy Manascape Refractor's ability, targeting Manascape Refractor
8. Resolve the copy of Manascape Refractor's ability, untapping it
9. Activate Manascape Refractor using Lotus Field's ability by tapping it, adding
10. Resolve the original Manascape Refractor ability from step 6, untapping it
11. Repeat from step 6
