• Thunder of Unity on the battlefield or in the graveyard

Steps

1. Draw a card
2. The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste
3. When the Insect enters, Thunder of Unity triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and each opponent to lose 1 life
4. Niv-Mizzet triggers, causing you to pay 1 life to draw a card
5. Repeat from step 2
