• General Kreat, the Boltbringer on the battlefield
• You have a way to draw a card

Steps

1. Draw a card
2. The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste
3. When the Insect enters the battlefield, General Kreat triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent
4. Niv-Mizzet triggers, causing you to draw that many cards
5. The Locust God triggers for each card drawn this way
6. Resolve a trigger, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste
7. Repeat from step 3
