Prerequisites

• The Locust God on the battlefield
• Toothy, Imaginary Friend on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Emiel the Blessed on the battlefield
• Toothy has at least three +1/+1 counters on it

Steps

1. Activate Emiel the Blessed by paying , blinking Toothy
2. When Toothy leaves and enters the battlefield, its second ability triggers, causing you to draw at least three cards
3. Toothy's first ability and The Locust God trigger for each card drawn
4. Resolve all Toothy triggers, putting that many +1/+1 counters on it
5. Resolve all Locust God triggers, creating that many 1/1 Insect creature tokens with flying and haste
6. Activate Phyrexian Altar three times by sacrificing three Insects, adding
7. Repeat
