• Kels, Fight Fixer on the battlefield
• The Locust God on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• You have a way to draw a card

Steps

1. Draw a card
2. The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Insect, adding
4. Kels triggers, causing you to pay to draw a card
5. Repeat from step 2
