Steps

2. Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token
3. Resolve the Dockside Chef ability, causing you to draw a card
4. The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste
5. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
6. Repeat
