Steps

1. Activate Krav by paying and sacrificing a creature
2. Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token
3. Resolve the Krav ability, causing you to draw a card, gain 1 life, and put a +1/+1 counter on Krav
4. The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token
5. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
6. Repeat
