Prerequisites

• The Locust God on the battlefield
• Arcanis the Omnipotent on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff attached to Arcanis the Omnipotent
• Arcanis the Omnipotent does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Arcanis by tapping it, drawing three cards
2. The Locust God triggers three times, creating three 1/1 Insect creature tokens with flying and haste
3. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing an Insect
4. Arcanis triggers, untapping itself
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed Insect's power
6. Repeat
