Prerequisites

• Matoya, Archon Elder on the battlefield
• The Locust God on the battlefield
• Eloise, Nephalia Sleuth on the battlefield
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing a creature token
2. When the creature dies, Eloise's first and second abilities trigger, causing you to create a Clue token and then to surveil 1
3. Matoya triggers, causing you to draw a card
4. The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability
6. Repeat
