Prerequisites

• Matoya, Archon Elder on the battlefield
• The Locust God on the battlefield
• Intruder Alarm on the battlefield
• Oggyar Battle-Seer on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Oggyar Battle-Seer by tapping it, causing you to scry 1
2. Matoya triggers, causing you to draw a card
3. The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste
4. When the Insect enters the battlefield, Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures
5. Repeat
