Prerequisites

• The Locust God on the battlefield
• Arcanis the Omnipotent on the battlefield
• Intruder Alarm on the battlefield
• Arcanis the Omnipotent does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Arcanis by tapping it, drawing three cards
2. The Locust God triggers three times
3. Resolve the first Locust God trigger, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste
4. Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures
5. Repeat from step 3 for each remaining trigger
6. Repeat from step 1

Results

• Infinite card draw
• Infinite draw triggers
• Near-infinite creature tokens with haste
• Near-infinite ETB
• Near-infinite untap of all creatures
