Prerequisites

• The Locust God on the battlefield
• Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind on the battlefield
• Intruder Alarm on the battlefield
• Niv-Mizzet does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Niv-Mizzet by tapping it, causing you to draw a card
2. The Locust God and Niv-Mizzet triggers
3. Resolve the Niv-Mizzet trigger, dealing 1 damage to any target
4. Resolve the Locust God trigger, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste
5. The Insect enters the battlefield, triggering Intruder Alarm, untapping all creatures
6. Repeat

• Infinite card draw
