Steps

1. Activate Marath by paying , creating a 1/1 Elemental token
2. Cathars' Crusade triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter to all creatures you control
3. Activate Crystalline Crawler by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding
4. Repeat
