• Marath, Will of the Wild on the battlefield
• Ivy Lane Denizen on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Marath by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Elemental creature token
2. Ivy Lane Denizen triggers, causing you to put a +1/+1 counter on Marath
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Elemental, adding
4. Repeat
