Marath, Will of the Wild, Resourceful Defense, Tribute to the World Tree, and Ashnod's Altar

Prerequisites

• Marath, Will of the Wild on the battlefield
• Resourceful Defense on the battlefield
• Tribute to the World Tree on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Marath has at least two +1/+1 counters on it
• available

Steps

1. Activate Marath by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Elemental creature token
2. When the Elemental enters the battlefield, Tribute to the World Tree triggers, putting two +1/+1 counters on the Elemental
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Elemental, adding
4. When the Elemental dies, Resourceful Defense triggers, putting two +1/+1 counters on Marath
5. Repeat
6. Once you have infinite mana and +1/+1 counters on Marath, you may use its ability to deal infinite damage and/or get creature tokens or +1/+1 counters
