Prerequisites

• Emry, Lurker of the Loch in the command zone
• Genesis Chamber on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Copy Artifact on the battlefield
• Copy Artifact is a copy of Genesis Chamber
• Enough additional mana and/or artifacts on the battlefield to make up for Emry's command tax (if applicable)

Steps

1. Cast Emry by paying plus commander tax (if applicable)
2. When Emry enters the battlefield, it triggers itself, Genesis Chamber, and the copy of Genesis Chamber
3. Resolve both Genesis Chamber triggers, creating two 1/1 Myr artifact creature tokens
4. Resolve Emry's ability, milling four cards
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Emry, adding
6. Send Emry from the graveyard to the command zone as a state-based action
7. Repeat any number of times
8. Once you have infinite creature tokens, you may activate Phyrexian Altar any number of times
