Steps

1. Activate Lotus Petal by tapping and sacrificing it, adding one mana of any color
2. Activate Emry by tapping it, targeting Lotus Petal
3. Cast Lotus Petal from your graveyard by paying
4. Chakram Retriever and Efficient Construction both trigger
5. Resolve the Chakram Retriever trigger, untapping Emry
6. Resolve the Efficient Construction trigger, creating a 1/1 Thopter token
7. Lotus Petal resolves
8. Repeat
